JIM ELFORD

Jim Elford is a highly experienced mortgage professional and co-founder of Precision Home Loans, which is an affiliate of Alameda Mortgage Corporation. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Jim specializes in sales leadership and plays a key role in driving all aspects of Precision Home Loan's retail production, growth planning, and strategy execution. Prior to his current role, Jim has held a range of positions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, including Loan Originator, Branch Manager, Area Manager, and Market Manager. It was his extensive background and expertise that inspired Jim to establish Precision Home Loans with a mission to provide sound financial advice and offer the most knowledgeable and professional mortgage professionals to serve local communities.

Currently based in Fresno, CA, Jim lives with his wife, Breann, and their four children. Besides work, Jim takes a keen interest in fitness-related activities and actively participates in his children's academic and sporting events.
